We have some exciting things coming up as we enter the New Year. Windows 7’s end date is Jan of 2020, so we are starting to replace computers with New Windows 10 computers. We will be gradually replacing them and mixing between five of the offices to start with. Kent and Moses Lake have the newest set of computers in the system, so they will be the last to receive new Windows 10 computers.

Over the past few years, we have had many people express interest in using YouTube videos for use with clients and in groups. We agree that YouTube does have beneficial videos for these uses. After careful consideration about cost, security and possible viruses, we have decided to go with a Roku at each office. We have not justified the cost of any pay per month services, but we will consider any other free streaming channels that you think would provide value to your clients and groups. Please send any suggestions to both Joe and me for consideration.

Remember that only devices provided by STOP are allowed to be plugged into our computers and network.

Also on our list is a security system upgrade. We will be replacing older model security cameras in most of our locations. We have tested the new style in Kent and Spokane and are pleased with them.

Please be patient as we work to achieve these new goals. It may not always be possible as things can change quickly, but I will try to give notice to your location when a change will be impacting your specific office.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks,

James
